Welcome to Meteorological and Disaster Analysis Space India (MDSI). 2. License Grant and Usage Rights

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MDSI, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of MDSI Services, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
